We consistently receive positive feedback from our clients regarding the performance of our language trainers, and what’s more, before the start of your course you will be equipped with a profile on your trainer, detailing their previous background and experience.

New teaching approaches have revolutionised how modern language training is now taught. The experience is considered to be far more fun and rewarding, a far cry from what you may remember of learning a language at school. When you start a Vietnamese Course in Bournemouth, you will make progress right from the very first lesson, as almost your entire class will be conducted in Vietnamese. This is known as the Communicative Approach, and means that your confidence and ability will develop from the start of your course, enabling you to grow so that you can use Vietnamese to communicate effectively in social and business settings.

In depth: Our Vietnamese Courses for Business in Bournemouth

1:1 and Group Vietnamese Courses in Bournemouth

You have a choice of either a 1:1 or group sessions. Most of our clients use 1:1, however the group sessions can also be of good value. The group session numbers should be kept to 6 or less for the teacher to give good quality 1:1 time to each student. Those who take the 1:1 course will experience quicker progression as the lessons can be fully tailored to your every need.

Vietnamese Course Management

Each course at SIMON & SIMON is overseen by one of our highly professional, experienced and multi-lingual Account Managers. Prior to the course you are sent a profile of your Vietnamese teacher stating their experience and background which is then followed by a Course Plan, course materials and a Progress Report after every 30 – 40 hours of training.

The Vietnamese programmes run between 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday. Our lessons are also available at weekends on request. We also run intensive Vietnamese language courses which are 30 hours per week, 6 hours a day, Monday to Friday. This can be held on clients’ premises or at a residential centre in within Bournemouth.

Vietnamese Course Content

Before you start your course you will be assessed on your level of Vietnamese and we will discuss what you would like to focus on. Your ultimate goal may be to just gain every day Vietnamese skills or it may be more advanced like gaining the ability to discuss banking, finance or marketing. Whatever your goals or needs, SIMON & SIMON provides experienced Vietnamese language trainers that will help you achieve your goal quickly.

We can provide support in preparing for your Vietnamese language examinations as well as any other type of Vietnamese language examination. We are extremely proud of the 95% pass rate of our students in language examinations and we believe this shows the value of working with Vietnamese teachers with above-average experience. SIMON & SIMON can also register you for your examination, administer the examination and issue your results.

About Vietnamese

Vietnamese is the national and official language of Vietnam. It is the mother tongue of 86% of Vietnam’s population, and of about three million overseas Vietnamese. It is also spoken as a second language by many ethnic minorities of Vietnam. It is part of the Austro-Asiatic language family, of which it has the most speakers by a significant margin (several times larger than the other Austroasiatic languages put together). Much of Vietnamese vocabulary has been borrowed from Mandarin, most notably Cantonese, especially words that denote abstract ideas (in the same way European languages borrow from Latin and Greek), and it was formerly written using the Mandarin writing system, albeit in a modified format and was given vernacular pronunciation.

About Bournemouth

Bournemouth is a large coastal resort town in the county of Dorset, England. According to the 2001 Census the town has a population of 164,900, making it the largest settlement in Dorset. It is also the largest settlement between Southampton and Plymouth. With Poole and Christchurch Bournemouth forms the South East Dorset conurbation, which has a total population of approximately 400,000. Founded in 1810 by Lewis Tregonwell, Bournemouth’s growth accelerated with the arrival of the railway, becoming a recognised town in 1870. Originally part of Hampshire, it joined Dorset with the reorganisation of local government in 1974. Since 1997 the town has been administered by a unitary authority, meaning that it has autonomy from Dorset County Council. The local authority is Bournemouth Borough Council. Bournemouth’s location on the south coast of England has made it a popular destination for tourists. The town is a regional centre of business, home of the Bournemouth International Centre and financial companies that include Liverpool Victoria and PruHealth. In a 2007 survey by First Direct Bank, Bournemouth was found to be the happiest place in Britain with 82% of people questioned saying they were happy with their life.
