As a part of the training we conduct a pre-course assessment to find out what you need from the course. From there we will design your course and provide you with a plan and a profile of your trainer. Once the course has started we will provide individual reports and evaluations on each of the student’s attendance and progress. This will also be available to HR/Learning and Development personnel via password access to our management information systems.
At SIMON & SIMON we use a method known as the communicative approach, this means that our teachers will conduct your sessions almost entirely in Russian. Using this approach you will find yourself making progress from the very first lesson and soon you will be growing in the confidence to communicate in a variety of social and business situations.
