All over the UK, private individuals and professionals in a variety of companies have gained benefits by taking part in a Turkish Language Course from SIMON & SIMON. With an average of 15 years’ experience, the native Turkish speakers of SIMON & SIMON’s qualified teaching team tailor each course for the specific requirements of the student, from absolute novices to those with some experience. Our clients reliably give excellent feedback on our Turkish teachers. Each of our students receives an information profile on the background and experience of their Turkish teacher before they commence their Turkish lessons.

Maybe your only knowledge of studying languages is what you remember from school. Modern language teaching has recently changed to be much more entertaining and rewarding. Your Turkish lessons in Doncaster will be carried out almost completely in Turkish. This is the Communicative Approach and by this method you will notice progress from the initial lesson. You will soon feel confident and able to use Turkish to communicate in various business and social situations.

The Turkish courses that we offer can be run as 1:1 or group sessions. While most of our clients use 1:1 Turkish training for their employees, group sessions can be good value. Participants numbers should be kept to 6 or less, and they will need to commit to meeting every week. If you require faster progress, 1:1 Turkish courses at Doncaster are more suitable as the lessons and course can be tailored to the individual’s needs while focusing on their specific weaknesses and strengths.

Turkish Course Management

Every SIMON & SIMON Turkish language course has a highly experienced, multi-lingual Account Manager who oversees it. When your Turkish course starts you will be sent a profile on your trainer, materials for your course and a Course Plan as well as a Progress Report for every 40 hours of training. Breaking the Language Barrier, our quarterly newsletter that you will also receive, contains a prize draw as well as weblinks to a number of learning resources.

The Turkish language courses of SIMON & SIMON have been run in numerous locations. As we have a global network of language trainers your Turkish language course can be arranged in major cities across Europe and further afield. Most of our clients arrange for their Turkish lessons to be run in their offices so that there is less need for travel, but we can also run Turkish lessons in your home. We also run residential full-time Turkish language courses in a variety of locations which our office will be happy to inform you of.

Doncaster Turkish Course Schedules

Our Turkish language courses in Doncaster go on all year. Some of our students attend more than one 90-minute weekly session if work circumstances allow, and most will attend at least one per week. Weekend Courses in Turkish can be arranged on request. Our Turkish courses are available 12 hours a day, from 8am to 8pm Monday through Friday. 30 hour per week intensive Turkish courses can be held on clients’ premises or in residential centres in the UK or abroad. These courses take 6 hours per day, Monday through Friday.

We will tailor your Turkish language course for your specific aims and level of knowledge. Before you start your Turkish language course we will assess your goals and level of Turkish experience. Your desire to learn Turkish may be simply to develop basic skills, or you may have some level of proficiency and wish to increase your ability to use Turkish to discuss business. You may want to develop your language skills so that you can use Turkish in negotiations and meetings or improve your pronunciation and telephone skills. No matter what goals you have, you can be confident of our Turkish trainers experience and that your Turkish language course is tailored to your needs and your goals will be quickly met.

Turkish Language Examination Courses

Our students’ pass rate for Turkish examinations is at 95%, and we are happy to help with the preparations for any such examination. Our high pass rate shows the value of working with Turkish teachers in Doncaster who have a higher level of experience than average. SIMON & SIMON also arrange registration for Turkish examinations as well as administering the examination and issuing the results.

The table below is based on recognised language levels used by various academic institutions accross the European Union. A highly motivated student attending weekly sessions with their language trainer can expect to move from one level to another after 50 hours providing they also commit to a similar number of hours of self-study.

Of course, some people find learning languages easier than others, and some students will have more opportunities to practise the language in the course of their work and leisure, so these factors also need to be considered when trying to assess how long it will take to move from one level to another.

Doncaster is a town in South Yorkshire, England, and the principal settlement of the Metropolitan Borough of Doncaster. The town is about 20 miles (32 km) from Sheffield and is popularly referred to as "Donny". Doncaster has an international airport, and in recent years its centre has undergone regeneration including the development of an Education City campus, currently the largest education investment of its kind in the UK. Doncaster has also recently extended the Frenchgate Centre, a shopping centre and transport interchange. According to the 2001 census, the urban sub-area of Doncaster had a population of 67,977. Together with Bentley and Armthorpe, it forms an urban area with a population of 127,851. The wider metropolitan borough has a population of around 286,866. In 2010, Doncaster was named the UK's ninth "most musical" city by PRS for Music. Doncaster is located at 53°31′N 1°8′W ― the site of a Roman fort which was built in the 1st century AD at the site of a crossing across the River Don. The Roman empirical command of Ninius called this fort "Caer Daun". Later the commands of Antoninus Pius and Notitia Dignitatum called this fort Danum, from which the town derives the Don part of its name; caster a Saxon word corrupted from the Latin original Castra, meaning a military camp. Doncaster was home to the Roman Crispinian horse garrison. The cavalry took its name from Crispus, son of Constantine the Great.
