What is it about people of other nationalities that so annoys us? It’s all a matter of PERCEPTION. It’s not about what you are like. It’s about what I think you are like. The problem is that this perception is probably historical and not up to date. It is also in my experience invariably negative.
Communicating effectively with your counterparts from other countries isn’t rocket science. It’s about understanding how they approach life and business and adapting your style to theirs to get the results you want.
