As we have a global network of language trainers your Spanish language course can be arranged in major cities across Europe and further afield. Most of our clients arrange for their Spanish lessons to be run in their offices so that there is less need for travel, but we can also run Spanish lessons in your home. We also run residential full-time Spanish language courses in a variety of locations which our office will be happy to inform you of.

West Midlands Spanish Course Schedules

We run our Spanish language courses in West Midlands all through the year. Many of our students, if work commitments allow, will attend more than one session weekly, and the vast majority take part in at least one 90-minute lesson weekly. We also arrange weekend Spanish courses on request. Our Spanish programs commence from 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday. Intensive 30 hour per week Spanish language courses, held on clients’ premises or at residential centres in the UK or abroad, are also available on a 6 hours per day basis, Monday through Friday.

Whatever your personal level of experience and future goals, your Spanish course will be customised for you. Before you start the course we will assess your level of Spanish and discuss in detail what you would like to focus on. You may desire simply to gain everyday Spanish skills from the level of a complete beginner, or you may have more experience in Spanish and want to improve your ability to discuss banking, finance or marketing. The table below is based on recognised language levels used by various academic institutions accross the European Union. A highly motivated student attending weekly sessions with their language trainer can expect to move from one level to another after 50 hours providing they also commit to a similar number of hours of self-study.

Of course, some people find learning languages easier than others, and some students will have more opportunities to practise the language in the course of their work and leisure, so these factors also need to be considered when trying to assess how long it will take to move from one level to another.

Spanish is a Romance language in the Ibero-Romance group that evolved from several languages and dialects in the central-north of Iberia during the 9th century and gradually spread with the expansion of the Kingdom of Castile into central and southern Iberia during the later Medieval period. In 1999, there were 358 million people speaking Spanish as a native language and a total of 417 million speakers worldwide. As of 2010 these figures are up to 400 and 500 million people respectively. Spanish is the second most natively spoken language in the world, after Mandarin Chinese. Mexico contains the largest population of Spanish speakers. Spanish is one of the six official languages of the United Nations.

The West Midlands is an official region of England, covering the western half of the area traditionally known as the Midlands.
