Serbian Courses for Business in LondonPlease click a title below for further information: SIMON & SIMON’s team of qualified native Serbian speaking teachers average 15 years of experience. Professionals and private individuals from all over the UK have benefited from SIMON & SIMON’s Serbian language courses, all of which are tailor-made to reflect each student's level of experience.
We consistently receive outstanding feedback from our clients about our Serbian tutors. Each student is sent a specific profile on the experience and background of their Serbian tutor before they start their course of lessons. If you have only studied languages before at school you will find that teaching approaches to modern language training have changed enormously in recent years - it's now a lot more fun and a far more rewarding experience!
Your teacher will conduct your Serbian lesson in London almost entirely in Serbian - a method known as the Communicative Approach - and you will find yourself making progress from the very first lesson and soon growing in the confidence to communicate in Serbian in a variety of social and business situations. The Serbian courses that we offer can be run as 1:1 or group sessions. While most of our clients use 1:1 Serbian training for their employees, group sessions can be good value. Participants numbers should be kept to 6 or less, and they will need to commit to meeting every week.
If you require faster progress, 1:1 Serbian courses at London are more suitable as the lessons and course can be tailored to the individual’s needs while focusing on their specific weaknesses and strengths. Serbian Course ManagementEvery SIMON & SIMON Serbian language course has a highly experienced, multi-lingual Account Manager who oversees it.
When your Serbian course starts you will be sent a profile on your trainer, materials for your course and a Course Plan as well as a Progress Report for every 40 hours of training. Breaking the Language Barrier, our quarterly newsletter that you will also receive, contains a prize draw as well as weblinks to a number of learning resources. We have a global network of language trainers so our Serbian language courses can be arranged for almost any major European city, or even further abroad. SIMON & SIMON have run Serbian language courses for clients in many diverse locations.
Serbian language courses can be run in your home for your convenience, but many of our clients prefer to run them in their offices so as to minimise travel.

London Serbian Course SchedulesOur Serbian language courses in London take place throughout the year. Many of our students try to attend more than one weekly lesson if work commitments allow, and most will attend at least one session of 90-minutes duration per week.
If you would like a Weekend Course, one can be arranged. Our Serbian daytime courses run from 8am through to 8pm, Monday - Friday.
We also provide Intensive Serbian language courses on clients’ premises or in residential centres both in the UK and abroad. These courses run for 30 hours of the week, 6 hours a day from Monday to Friday. The Serbian language course that you undertake will be customised for your Serbian level and personal goals. Before you start the course, we will speak to you about your desired focus and assess you Serbian level.
You may have little or no experience of Serbian and only want basic conversational skills or you may be more proficient and desire more fluency with which to discuss business.
You may want to raise your Serbian skills for use in meetings and negotiations or rather develop increased comprehension and pronunciation skills.
Whatever your objectives, our Serbian language trainers are highly experienced, and you can be confident that your personalised Serbian course will help you to meet your goals quickly. Serbian Language Examination CoursesSIMON & SIMON also assists in preparation for Serbian examinations, whether for business or personal qualification. We believe that our 95% pass rate for language examinations is a reflection of our policy of working with Serbian teachers in London who possess above average experience.
Registration for and administration of Serbian examinations, along with the issuing of results certificates are all provided by SIMON & SIMON. The table below is based on recognised language levels used by various academic institutions accross the European Union. A highly motivated student attending weekly sessions with their language trainer can expect to move from one level to another after 50 hours providing they also commit to a similar number of hours of self-study.
Of course, some people find learning languages easier than others, and some students will have more opportunities to practise the language in the course of their work and leisure, so these factors also need to be considered when trying to assess how long it will take to move from one level to another.

SIMON & SIMON International Breaking the Language Barrier Back to top of Serbian Courses London Serbian is a form of Serbo-Croatian spoken by Serbs in Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Croatia and neighbouring countries. There are two principal Serbian dialects, Shtokavian and Torlakian. The literary and standard language is based on Shtokavian, which is also the basis of Standard Croatian, Bosnian, and Montenegrin. Serbian is standardized around Sumadija-Vojvodina and Eastern Herzegovinian subdialects of Shtokavian. Apart from Shtokavian, the Torlak dialect, transitional to Macedonian and Bulgarian, is spoken in southeast Serbia. London is the capital of England and the United Kingdom, the largest metropolitan area in the United Kingdom and the largest urban zone in the European Union by most measures. London has been a major settlement for two millennia, its history going back to its founding by the Romans, who called it Londinium. London's ancient core, the City of London, largely retains its square-mile mediaeval boundaries. Since at least the 19th century, the name London has also referred to the metropolis developed around this core. The bulk of this conurbation forms the London region and the Greater London administrative area, governed by the elected Mayor of London and the London Assembly.
London is a leading global city, with its strengths in the arts, commerce, education, entertainment, fashion, finance, healthcare, media, professional services, research and development, tourism and transport all contributing to its prominence. It is the world's largest financial centre alongside New York, has the largest city GDP in Europe and is home to the headquarters of more than 100 of Europe's 500 largest companies. It is the most visited city in the world. London's five international airports make its airspace the busiest of any urban centre worldwide and London Heathrow is the world's busiest airport by number of international passengers. London's 43 universities form the largest concentration of higher education institutions in Europe. In 2012 London will become the first city to host the Summer Olympics three times.
