Romanian Courses for Business in ScarboroughPlease click a title below for further information: Private individuals and professionals in companies all over the UK have profited from undertaking a Romanian Language Course with SIMON & SIMON. Averaging 15 years of experience, our native Romanian speaking qualified teachers construct your course so that your individual requirements are met, no matter what your level of experience.
Our Romanian teachers receive excellent feedback from our clients. A profile, containing information about the Romanian teacher’s background and experience, is sent to each student before the Romanian lessons start.
If the only experience you have of studying a language is from your time in school, you may not know that there has been a revolution in the teaching of modern languages so that it is both more fun and more worthwhile.
Your Romanian teacher in Scarborough will be using the Communicative Approach, where your lessons will, with few exceptions, be conducted in Romanian. You will see your progress from that very first lesson and will soon be confident enough to conduct business or talk socially in Romanian. Our Romanian language courses are available on both a 1:1 and group basis, but the majority of our clients offer 1:1 Romanian training to their employees. However, with careful planning, group training can offer great value for money, provided there is a real commitment from the participants to get together at the same time every week. We strongly recommend you keep group numbers to 6 or less for these types of courses to be successful.
Those learning Romanian in at Scarborough on a 1:1 basis will naturally make much faster progress, as the course will be designed around their individual needs and focus on their particular strengths and weaknesses. Romanian Course ManagementEach of SIMON & SIMON’s Romanian languages courses is the responsibility of a multi-lingual, very experienced Account Manager.
When you start your Romanian course, you will receive your trainer’s profile. Thereafter we will send you a Course Plan, materials for the course and, after each 40 hours of training, a Progress Report. Our quarterly newsletter, Breaking the Language Barrier, will also reach you, and contains a prize draw as well as the weblinks of language learning resources. The Romanian language courses of SIMON & SIMON have been run in numerous locations. As we have a global network of language trainers your Romanian language course can be arranged in major cities across Europe and further afield.
Most of our clients arrange for their Romanian lessons to be run in their offices so that there is less need for travel, but we can also run Romanian lessons in your home.
We also run residential full-time Romanian language courses in a variety of locations which our office will be happy to inform you of. Scarborough Romanian Course SchedulesThe Romanian language courses in Scarborough that we run go on through the year. Each week, most of our students will attend at least one of our 90-minute lessons, but many will do more.
We can easily arrange Weekend Courses for you. Romanian courses run from Monday to Friday, any time from 8am to 8pm.
Intensive Romanian language courses can be arranged in residential centres abroad or in the UK, or on clients’ premises for 30 hours per week, 6 hours a day Monday to Friday. Before you start your Romanian language course we will assess your level of Romanian and speak to you about your aims so that your Romanian language course can be customised for you. You may have never been exposed to Romanian before and wish to develop basic survival skills, or you may have some experience and wish to be able to speak more fluently in Romanian when discussing business. You may want to further your ability to use Romanian in negotiations and meetings or better your comprehension and pronunciation abilities. Whatever goals you may have, our experienced Romanian language trainers will tailor your Romanian course so that your goals can be quickly met. Romanian Language Examination CoursesWe are happy to help in your preparation for any Romanian examinations. Our students have a 95% pass rate and we think that their success shows the value of our policy of working with above-average experienced Romanian teachers in Scarborough.
Issuing of results certificates, registration for Romanian examinations and administration of such exams is also provided by SIMON & SIMON. The table below is based on recognised language levels used by various academic institutions accross the European Union. A highly motivated student attending weekly sessions with their language trainer can expect to move from one level to another after 50 hours providing they also commit to a similar number of hours of self-study.
Of course, some people find learning languages easier than others, and some students will have more opportunities to practise the language in the course of their work and leisure, so these factors also need to be considered when trying to assess how long it will take to move from one level to another.

It has official status in Romania, Republic of Moldova, the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina in Serbia and in the autonomous Mount Athos in Greece. Romanian speakers are scattered across many other countries, notably Italy, Spain, Ukraine, Bulgaria, the United States, Canada, Israel, Russia, Portugal, the United Kingdom, France, and Germany. Scarborough is a town on the North Sea coast of North Yorkshire, England. The modern town lies between 3 - 70 m (10 - 230 ft) above sea level, rising steeply northward and westward from the harbour onto limestone cliffs. The older part of the town lies around the harbour and is protected by a rocky headland. Scarborough is served by Scarborough railway station, with services from York, Leeds, Manchester and Liverpool on the North TransPennine route and from Hull via Bridlington and Filey on the Yorkshire Coast Line.
With a population of around 50,000, Scarborough is the largest holiday resort on the Yorkshire coast. It is home to residential communities, business, fishing and service industries, plus a growing digital and creative economy.
Scarborough won the 2008/2009 award for the most creative and inspiring entrepreneurship initiative in Europe, and was also named as the most enterprising town in Britain in 2008.
