Every SIMON & SIMON Romanian language course has a highly experienced, multi-lingual Account Manager who oversees it. When your Romanian course starts you will be sent a profile on your trainer, materials for your course and a Course Plan as well as a Progress Report for every 40 hours of training. Cambridgeshire Romanian Course Schedules

We run our Romanian language courses in Cambridgeshire all through the year. Many of our students, if work commitments allow, will attend more than one session weekly, and the vast majority take part in at least one 90-minute lesson weekly. We also arrange weekend Romanian courses on request. Our Romanian programs commence from 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday. Intensive 30 hour per week Romanian language courses, held on clients’ premises or at residential centres in the UK or abroad, are also available on a 6 hours per day basis, Monday through Friday.

Whatever your personal level of experience and future goals, your Romanian course will be customised for you. Before you start the course we will assess your level of Romanian and discuss in detail what you would like to focus on. You may desire simply to gain everyday Romanian skills from the level of a complete beginner, or you may have more experience in Romanian and want to improve your ability to discuss banking, finance or marketing. You may want to develop improved pronunciation and comprehension skills or improve your Romanian for use in negotiations and meetings. The table below is based on recognised language levels used by various academic institutions accross the European Union. A highly motivated student attending weekly sessions with their language trainer can expect to move from one level to another after 50 hours providing they also commit to a similar number of hours of self-study.

Of course, some people find learning languages easier than others, and some students will have more opportunities to practise the language in the course of their work and leisure, so these factors also need to be considered when trying to assess how long it will take to move from one level to another.

Romanian is a Romance language spoken by around 24 to 28 million people, primarily in Romania and Moldova. It has official status in Romania, Republic of Moldova, the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina in Serbia and in the autonomous Mount Athos in Greece. Romanian speakers are scattered across many other countries, notably Italy, Spain, Ukraine, Bulgaria, the United States, Canada, Israel, Russia, Portugal, the United Kingdom, France, and Germany.

Cambridgeshire is a former United Kingdom Parliamentary constituency. It was a constituency of the House of Commons of the Parliament of England then of the Parliament of Great Britain from 1707 to 1800 and of the Parliament of the United Kingdom from 1801 to 1885. It was represented by two Knights of the Shire until 1832, when the number of members was increased to three. It was divided between the constituencies of Chesterton, Newmarket and Wisbech in 1885. The parliamentary county was again reconstituted in 1918. In 1983, when the redistribution of seats took place on the basis of the expanded post-1974 Cambridgeshire, the constituency was divided between the new constituencies of North East Cambridgeshire (including a small part of Peterborough), South East Cambridgeshire and South West Cambridgeshire (including a minority of territory from the former Huntingdonshire).
