Our Portuguese language courses in Stoke-on-Trent take place throughout the year. Many of our students try to attend more than one weekly lesson if work commitments allow, and most will attend at least one session of 90-minutes duration per week. If you would like a Weekend Course, one can be arranged. Our Portuguese daytime courses run from 8am through to 8pm, Monday - Friday. Stoke-on-Trent is a city in Staffordshire, England, which forms a linear conurbation almost 12 miles (19 km) long, with an area of 36 square miles (93 km2). Together with the Borough of Newcastle-under-Lyme Stoke forms The Potteries Urban Area. This, together with the rural Staffordshire Moorlands area, forms North Staffordshire, which in 2001, had a population of 457,165. The conurbation continues to be polycentric, having been formed by the federation of six originally separate towns and numerous villages in the early-20th century.
