Polish Courses for Business in West MidlandsPlease click a title below for further information: Designed and customised for the individual student’s needs, SIMON & SIMON’s Polish courses, taught by a team of qualified native Polish speakers who average 15 years of experience, have already benefited professionals and non-professionals across the UK. Courses cater for all levels of experience.
The feedback on our Polish tutors that we receive from our clients is consistently excellent. Prior to the start of your Polish course, you will be sent a profile on your specific Polish teacher’s experience and background. If you have only studied languages before at school you will find that teaching approaches to modern language training have changed enormously in recent years - it's now a lot more fun and a far more rewarding experience!
Your teacher will conduct your Polish lesson in West Midlands almost entirely in Polish - a method known as the Communicative Approach - and you will find yourself making progress from the very first lesson and soon growing in the confidence to communicate in Polish in a variety of social and business situations. The Polish courses that we offer can be run as 1:1 or group sessions. While most of our clients use 1:1 Polish training for their employees, group sessions can be good value. Participants numbers should be kept to 6 or less, and they will need to commit to meeting every week.
If you require faster progress, 1:1 Polish courses at West Midlands are more suitable as the lessons and course can be tailored to the individual’s needs while focusing on their specific weaknesses and strengths. Polish Course ManagementEvery SIMON & SIMON Polish language course is overseen by one of our highly experienced Account Managers, all of whom are multi-lingual.
At the start of your Polish language course we will send you a profile on your trainer, followed by a Course Plan and relevant course materials, and then a Progress Report after every 40 hours of training. You will also receive a copy of our quarterly newsletter, Breaking the Language Barrier, featuring a superb prize draw and invaluable weblinks to language learning sources. The Polish language courses of SIMON & SIMON have been run in numerous locations. As we have a global network of language trainers your Polish language course can be arranged in major cities across Europe and further afield.
Most of our clients arrange for their Polish lessons to be run in their offices so that there is less need for travel, but we can also run Polish lessons in your home.
We also run residential full-time Polish language courses in a variety of locations which our office will be happy to inform you of. West Midlands Polish Course SchedulesWe run Polish language courses in West Midlands all year. Most of our students participate in no less than one 90-minute lesson per week, but many students will participate in more if work commitments allow.
Weekend Courses can be facilitated, and our Polish weekday courses run from Monday to Friday, from 8am to 8pm.
Intensive Polish language courses are also available and can be run at the client’s premises or a residential centre in the UK or overseas. These courses take place over 6 hours a day, Monday through Friday, for 30 hours per week. Your Polish language course’s content will be tailored to your experience and goals. Prior to the course, we will assess your Polish language level and speak to you comprehensively about the areas and subjects you are interested in.
Students may be complete novices who need everyday Polish conversational skills or have more proficiency in Polish and wish to be able to discuss various business topics such as banking or finance more fluently.
Students may desire to bolster their Polish for negotiations and meetings or focus on gaining better listening, pronunciation and comprehension skills.
No matter what your needs, you can be confident that our very experienced Polish language trainers will work with you on a Polish language course that is tailored for you so that you quickly meet your goals. Polish Language Examination CoursesPolish examination preparation for business or other examinations can also be assisted with. Our students boast a 95% rate of passing such examinations, proving the value of our policy of Polish teachers in West Midlands with experience above the average.
SIMON & SIMON also organises registration and administration of Polish examinations as well as issuing results certificates as a part of our service. The table below is based on recognised language levels used by various academic institutions accross the European Union. A highly motivated student attending weekly sessions with their language trainer can expect to move from one level to another after 50 hours providing they also commit to a similar number of hours of self-study.
Of course, some people find learning languages easier than others, and some students will have more opportunities to practise the language in the course of their work and leisure, so these factors also need to be considered when trying to assess how long it will take to move from one level to another.

SIMON & SIMON International Breaking the Language Barrier Back to top of Polish Courses West Midlands Polish describes a Lechitic subgroup of West Slavic languages in Central Europe and the official language of Poland. Its written standard is the Polish alphabet which corresponds to the Latin alphabet with several additions. Polish-speakers use the language in a uniform manner throughout most of Poland. Despite the pressure of non-Polish administrations in Poland, who have often attempted to suppress the Polish language, a rich literature has developed over the centuries and the language is currently the largest in terms of speakers of the West Slavic group. It is also the third most widely spoken Slavic language, after Russian and Ukrainian. The West Midlands is an official region of England, covering the western half of the area traditionally known as the Midlands. It contains the second most populous British city, Birmingham, and the larger West Midlands conurbation, which includes the city of Wolverhampton and large towns of Dudley, Solihull, Walsall and West Bromwich. The city of Coventry is also located within the West Midlands county, but is separated from the conurbation to the west by several miles of green belt.
The region is geographically diverse, from the urban central areas of the conurbation to the rural western counties of Shropshire and Herefordshire which border Wales. The longest river in the UK, the River Severn, traverses the region southeastwards, flowing through the county towns of Shrewsbury and Worcester, and the Ironbridge Gorge, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, as birthplace of the Industrial Revolution. Staffordshire is home to the industrialised Potteries conurbation, including the city of Stoke-on-Trent, and the Staffordshire Moorlands area, which borders the southeastern Peak District National Park near Leek. The region also encompasses five Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Warwickshire is home to the town of Stratford upon Avon, the birthplace of poet William Shakespeare.
