Southampton Hungarian Course Schedules

We run our Hungarian language courses in Southampton all through the year. Many of our students, if work commitments allow, will attend more than one session weekly, and the vast majority take part in at least one 90-minute lesson weekly. We also arrange weekend Hungarian courses on request. Our Hungarian programs commence from 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday. Intensive 30 hour per week Hungarian language courses, held on clients’ premises or at residential centres in the UK or abroad, are also available on a 6 hours per day basis, Monday through Friday.

Whatever your personal level of experience and future goals, your Hungarian course will be customised for you. Before you start the course we will assess your level of Hungarian and discuss in detail what you would like to focus on. You may desire simply to gain everyday Hungarian skills from the level of a complete beginner, or you may have more experience in Hungarian and want to improve your ability to discuss banking, finance or marketing. You may want to develop improved pronunciation and comprehension skills or improve your Hungarian for use in negotiations and meetings. Hungarian is a Uralic language, part of the Ugric group, related to Finnish, Estonian and a number of minority languages spoken in the Baltic states and northern European Russia eastward into central Siberia. The Uralic languages are not related to the Indo-European languages that dominate Europe but have acquired loan words from them.
