Hungarian Courses for Business in DoverPlease click a title below for further information: Both professionals and non-professionals alike have seen great benefits from a SIMON & SIMON Hungarian Language Course. SIMON & SIMON’s team of qualified Hungarian teachers is made up of native speakers who average 15 years of experience. These teachers will make sure that a course is tailored for your specific needs so that you will benefit regardless of your language proficiency.
Feedback from clients on our Hungarian tutors is consistently highly positive. Our students are sent a profile containing information on their specific teacher’s experience and background before the start of their Hungarian Lessons. Modern language teaching is now approached much differently to how you might remember learning languages in school. The experience is now much more fun and rewarding.
The Communicative Approach, where your Hungarian teacher will conduct your lessons almost entirely in Hungarian means that progress is made from your very first lesson. Soon, you will have such confidence that using Hungarian in a social or business setting will be no problem. Both 1:1 and group formats are available for our Hungarian language courses. While most of our clients offer 1:1 Hungarian training, the group format can offer great value for money. If you want groups to be successful, the members must commit to the weekly meetings and we recommend keeping the number of participants below 7.
Progress is faster for those who learn Hungarian in Dover on a 1:1 basis as the lessons are individually tailored for their particular needs, strengths and weaknesses. Hungarian Course ManagementA multi-lingual Account Manager with extensive experience is responsible for each SIMON & SIMON Hungarian language course.
A profile on your trainer, Course Plan and course materials will be sent to you when you start your Hungarian course. After every 40 hours of training you will receive a Progress Report. Intensive Hungarian language courses can be arranged in residential centres abroad or in the UK, or on clients’ premises for 30 hours per week, 6 hours a day Monday to Friday. Before you start your Hungarian language course we will assess your level of Hungarian and speak to you about your aims so that your Hungarian language course can be customised for you. You may have never been exposed to Hungarian before and wish to develop basic survival skills, or you may have some experience and wish to be able to speak more fluently in Hungarian when discussing business. You may want to further your ability to use Hungarian in negotiations and meetings or better your comprehension and pronunciation abilities. Whatever goals you may have, our experienced Hungarian language trainers will tailor your Hungarian course so that your goals can be quickly met. Hungarian Language Examination CoursesWe are happy to help in your preparation for any Hungarian examinations. Our students have a 95% pass rate and we think that their success shows the value of our policy of working with above-average experienced Hungarian teachers in Dover.
Issuing of results certificates, registration for Hungarian examinations and administration of such exams is also provided by SIMON & SIMON. The table below is based on recognised language levels used by various academic institutions accross the European Union. A highly motivated student attending weekly sessions with their language trainer can expect to move from one level to another after 50 hours providing they also commit to a similar number of hours of self-study.
Of course, some people find learning languages easier than others, and some students will have more opportunities to practise the language in the course of their work and leisure, so these factors also need to be considered when trying to assess how long it will take to move from one level to another.

SIMON & SIMON International Breaking the Language Barrier Back to top of Hungarian Courses Dover Hungarian is a Uralic language, part of the Ugric group, related to Finnish, Estonian and a number of minority languages spoken in the Baltic states and northern European Russia eastward into central Siberia. The Uralic languages are not related to the Indo-European languages that dominate Europe but have acquired loan words from them. It is the official language in the Central European country of Hungary and is also spoken by Hungarian communities in the seven neighbouring countries and by diaspora communities worldwide. There are about 16 million native speakers, of whom 9.5–10 million live in present-day Hungary. Dover is a town and major ferry port in the home county of Kent, in South East England. It faces France across the narrowest part of the English Channel, and lies south-east of Canterbury; east of Kent's administrative capital Maidstone; and north-east along the coastline from Dungeness and Hastings. The town is the administrative centre of the Dover District and home of the Dover Calais ferry through the Port of Dover. The surrounding chalk cliffs have become known as the White cliffs of Dover, and the narrow sea passage nearby – the Strait of Dover. Its strategic position has always been evident throughout its history: archaeological finds have revealed that the area has always been a focus for peoples entering and leaving Britain. The River Dour originated the name of the town, which has been inhabited since the Stone Age according to archeological finds, and Dover is one of only a few places in Britain – London, Cornwall and Canterbury being other examples – to have a corresponding name in the French language, Douvres.
Services related to the Port of Dover provide a great deal of the town’s employment, as does tourism, although many of the former ferry services have declined. There was a military barracks in Dover, which was closed in 2007.
