Huddersfield Greek Course Schedules

Our Greek language courses in Huddersfield take place throughout the year. Many of our students try to attend more than one weekly lesson if work commitments allow, and most will attend at least one session of 90-minutes duration per week. If you would like a Weekend Course, one can be arranged. Our Greek daytime courses run from 8am through to 8pm, Monday - Friday. We also provide Intensive Greek language courses on clients’ premises or in residential centres both in the UK and abroad. These courses run for 30 hours of the week, 6 hours a day from Monday to Friday.

The Greek language course that you undertake will be customised for your Greek level and personal goals. Before you start the course, we will speak to you about your desired focus and assess you Greek level. You may have little or no experience of Greek and only want basic conversational skills or you may be more proficient and desire more fluency with which to discuss business. You may want to raise your Greek skills for use in meetings and negotiations or rather develop increased comprehension and pronunciation skills. Greek an independent branch of the Indo-European family of languages, is the language of the Greeks. Native to the southern Balkans, it has the longest documented history of any Indo-European language, spanning 34 centuries of written records. Huddersfield is a large market town within the Metropolitan Borough of Kirklees, in West Yorkshire, England, situated halfway between Leeds and Manchester. It lies 190 miles (310 km) north of London, and 10.3 miles (16.6 km) south of Bradford, the nearest city. Huddersfield is near the confluence of the River Colne and the River Holme.
