Czech Courses for Business in Lincolnshire

Please click a title below for further information:

All over the UK, private individuals and professionals in a variety of companies have gained benefits by taking part in a Czech Language Course from SIMON & SIMON. With an average of 15 years’ experience, the native Czech speakers of SIMON & SIMON’s qualified teaching team tailor each course for the specific requirements of the student, from absolute novices to those with some experience. Our clients reliably give excellent feedback on our Czech teachers. Each of our students receives an information profile on the background and experience of their Czech teacher before they commence their Czech lessons.

Modern language teaching is now approached much differently to how you might remember learning languages in school. The experience is now much more fun and rewarding. The Communicative Approach, where your Czech teacher will conduct your lessons almost entirely in Czech means that progress is made from your very first lesson. Soon, you will have such confidence that using Czech in a social or business setting will be no problem.

We offer Czech courses as group sessions or on a 1:1 basis/ Most of our clients offer their employees 1:1 Czech training, however, if planned carefully, with participants numbering 6 or less who commit to meeting every week, group sessions can be good value for money. Those who learn Czech at Lincolnshire on a 1:1 basis will find that they progress more quickly, as the lessons can be specifically tailored for their individual needs, strengths and weaknesses.

Czech Course Management

Each of SIMON & SIMON’s Czech languages courses is the responsibility of a multi-lingual, very experienced Account Manager. When you start your Czech course, you will receive your trainer’s profile. Thereafter we will send you a Course Plan, materials for the course and, after each 40 hours of training, a Progress Report. Our quarterly newsletter, Breaking the Language Barrier, will also reach you, and contains a prize draw as well as the weblinks of language learning resources.

SIMON & SIMON Czech language courses have been arranged for clients in various locations. We have a global network of trainers and wherever you are, we will be able to organise a Czech language course for you, not only in the UK but in almost any of the major cities in Europe and beyond. Most of our Czech courses are run at the offices of our clients so that you do not have to travel, but we are happy to arrange Czech training sessions for you in your home. Full-time Czech courses can be arranged in a residential setting for you. Our office has information on the locations we offer.

Lincolnshire Czech Course Schedules

Our Czech language courses in Lincolnshire go on all year. Some of our students attend more than one 90-minute weekly session if work circumstances allow, and most will attend at least one per week. Weekend Courses in Czech can be arranged on request. Our Czech courses are available 12 hours a day, from 8am to 8pm Monday through Friday. 30 hour per week intensive Czech courses can be held on clients’ premises or in residential centres in the UK or abroad. These courses take 6 hours per day, Monday through Friday.

We will tailor your Czech language course for your specific aims and level of knowledge. Before you start your Czech language course we will assess your goals and level of Czech experience. Your desire to learn Czech may be simply to develop basic skills, or you may have some level of proficiency and wish to increase your ability to use Czech to discuss business. You may want to develop your language skills so that you can use Czech in negotiations and meetings or improve your pronunciation and telephone skills. No matter what goals you have, you can be confident of our Czech trainers experience and that your Czech language course is tailored to your needs and your goals will be quickly met.

Czech Language Examination Courses

Our students’ pass rate for Czech examinations is at 95%, and we are happy to help with the preparations for any such examination. Our high pass rate shows the value of working with Czech teachers in Lincolnshire who have a higher level of experience than average. SIMON & SIMON also arrange registration for Czech examinations as well as administering the examination and issuing the results.

The table below is based on recognised language levels used by various academic institutions accross the European Union. A highly motivated student attending weekly sessions with their language trainer can expect to move from one level to another after 50 hours providing they also commit to a similar number of hours of self-study.

Of course, some people find learning languages easier than others, and some students will have more opportunities to practise the language in the course of their work and leisure, so these factors also need to be considered when trying to assess how long it will take to move from one level to another.

Back to top of Czech Courses Lincolnshire

Czech is a West Slavic language with about 12 million native speakers; it is the majority language in the Czech Republic and spoken by Czechs worldwide. The language was known as Bohemian in English until the late 19th century. Czech is similar to and mutually intelligible with Slovak and, to a considerably lesser extent, to Polish and Sorbian.

Lincolnshire is a county in the east of England. It borders Norfolk, Cambridgeshire, Rutland, Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire, South Yorkshire, and the East Riding of Yorkshire. It also borders Northamptonshire for just 19 metres (20 yards), England's shortest county boundary. The county town is the city of Lincoln, where the county council has its headquarters. The ceremonial county of Lincolnshire is composed of the non-metropolitan county of Lincolnshire and the area covered by the unitary authorities of North Lincolnshire and North-East Lincolnshire. The county is the second largest of the English counties and one that is predominantly agricultural in land use.
