Czech Courses for Business in EssexPlease click a title below for further information: All over the UK, private individuals and professionals in a variety of companies have gained benefits by taking part in a Czech Language Course from SIMON & SIMON. With an average of 15 years’ experience, the native Czech speakers of SIMON & SIMON’s qualified teaching team tailor each course for the specific requirements of the student, from absolute novices to those with some experience.
Our clients reliably give excellent feedback on our Czech teachers. Each of our students receives an information profile on the background and experience of their Czech teacher before they commence their Czech lessons. If you have only studied languages before at school you will find that teaching approaches to modern language training have changed enormously in recent years - it's now a lot more fun and a far more rewarding experience!
Your teacher will conduct your Czech lesson in Essex almost entirely in Czech - a method known as the Communicative Approach - and you will find yourself making progress from the very first lesson and soon growing in the confidence to communicate in Czech in a variety of social and business situations. Both 1:1 and group formats are available for our Czech language courses. While most of our clients offer 1:1 Czech training, the group format can offer great value for money. If you want groups to be successful, the members must commit to the weekly meetings and we recommend keeping the number of participants below 7.
Progress is faster for those who learn Czech in Essex on a 1:1 basis as the lessons are individually tailored for their particular needs, strengths and weaknesses. Czech Course ManagementSIMON & SIMON’s Czech language courses all have a specific Account Manager who oversee the course. Each of these managers is highly experienced and multi-lingual.
At the start of your Czech course, you will receive a profile on your trainer, course materials and a Course Plan. After every 40 hours of training you will receive a Progress Report. We will send you our quarterly newsletter, Breaking the Language Barrier, which contains a wonderful prize draw as well as weblinks to valuable language learning resources. SIMON & SIMON has arranged Czech language courses for clients in numerous locations, and with our global network of language trainers we can organise a Czech language course for you wherever you are - in almost any major city in the UK, Europe and beyond.
The vast majority of our Czech lessons take place at our clients' offices, removing the need for you to travel, but Czech lessons can take place in your home if that is more convenient.
We can also arrange full-time residential Czech language courses for you - just contact our office for information on available destinations. Essex Czech Course SchedulesOur Czech language courses in Essex run throughout the year. The majority of our students attend at least one 90-minute session per week and many students will try to do more than one session depending on work commitments.
Our Czech teachers are available Monday - Friday from 8am - 8pm, and Weekend Courses can also be arranged on request.
Our intensive Czech language courses run for 30 hours per week, (6 hours per day Monday - Friday), and take place on our clients' premises or at a residential centre here in the UK or abroad. The content of your Czech language course will reflect your level and your particular objectives. We will assess your Czech language level before your course, and discuss with you in detail the subject areas you wish to focus on.
You may be a complete beginner looking for day-to-day Czech survival language skills, or a more proficient Czech speaker needing to improve your fluency when discussing areas such as law, banking, finance, insurance, sales, travel, marketing, and administration.
You may want to focus on improving your Czech for meetings, discussions and negotiations, or to concentrate on improving your listening comprehension, pronunciation and telephone skills.
Whatever your needs, working with one of our highly experienced Czech language trainers you can be confident that the content of your Czech language course will be tailored just for you and that you will soon be meeting your objectives. Czech Language Examination CoursesWe can also help prepare you for Czech examinations of a business or general nature. We are proud to say our students have a 95% pass rate in language examinations, and their success further underlines the value we place on working with Czech teachers in Essex with above average experience.
As part of our service, SIMON & SIMON will also organise the registration and administration of Czech examinations and the issuing of result certificates. The table below is based on recognised language levels used by various academic institutions accross the European Union. A highly motivated student attending weekly sessions with their language trainer can expect to move from one level to another after 50 hours providing they also commit to a similar number of hours of self-study.
Of course, some people find learning languages easier than others, and some students will have more opportunities to practise the language in the course of their work and leisure, so these factors also need to be considered when trying to assess how long it will take to move from one level to another.

SIMON & SIMON International Breaking the Language Barrier Back to top of Czech Courses Essex Czech is a West Slavic language with about 12 million native speakers; it is the majority language in the Czech Republic and spoken by Czechs worldwide. The language was known as Bohemian in English until the late 19th century. Czech is similar to and mutually intelligible with Slovak and, to a considerably lesser extent, to Polish and Sorbian. Essex is a ceremonial and non-metropolitan county in the East region of England, and one of the home counties. It is located to the northeast of Greater London and is one of the most populous counties in England. Essex County Council is the principal local authority for much of the county, sharing functions with twelve district councils.
The county town is Chelmsford. The southern Essex boroughs of Thurrock and Southend-on-Sea are governed separately as unitary authorities. It was established in antiquity and formed the eastern portion of the Kingdom of Essex. Sections of the county closer to London are part of the Metropolitan Green Belt, which prohibits development. It is the location of the regionally significant Lakeside Shopping Centre and London Stansted Airport; and the new towns of Basildon and Harlow.
The name Essex originates in the Anglo-Saxon period of the Early Middle Ages and has its root in the Old English Ēastseaxe (i.e. the "East Saxons"), the eastern kingdom of the Saxons.
