Our Approach:
After conducting a detailed needs analysis with each delegate prior to a seminar, an interactive and dynamic approach is adopted, including separate break out sessions and comprehensive feedback. All of our country consultants are ex-patriates who have recently lived and worked in the target country or city, and seminars can be followed up by an ongoing email mentoring programme to ensure the learning is consolidated.
