If the only experience you have of studying a language is from your time in school, you may not know that there has been a revolution in the teaching of modern languages so that it is both more fun and more worthwhile.
Your Croatian teacher in Lincolnshire will be using the Communicative Approach, where your lessons will, with few exceptions, be conducted in Croatian. You will see your progress from that very first lesson and will soon be confident enough to conduct business or talk socially in Croatian. Our Croatian courses are usually offered by our clients as 1:1 training for their employees. Group sessions, however, are also available and can be excellent value for money. Planning is required so that participants all meet at the same time each week, and we recommend that numbers are kept to 6 or less.
1:1 Croatian lessons at Lincolnshire mean that you will have your individual needs, weaknesses and strengths catered for, so that your progress is quicker. Croatian Course ManagementEvery SIMON & SIMON Croatian language course has a highly experienced, multi-lingual Account Manager who oversees it.
When your Croatian course starts you will be sent a profile on your trainer, materials for your course and a Course Plan as well as a Progress Report for every 40 hours of training. Residential full-time Croatian language courses are also available. Our office can discuss available locations with you. Lincolnshire Croatian Course SchedulesWe run Croatian language courses in Lincolnshire all year. Most of our students participate in no less than one 90-minute lesson per week, but many students will participate in more if work commitments allow.
Weekend Courses can be facilitated, and our Croatian weekday courses run from Monday to Friday, from 8am to 8pm.
Intensive Croatian language courses are also available and can be run at the client’s premises or a residential centre in the UK or overseas. These courses take place over 6 hours a day, Monday through Friday, for 30 hours per week. Your Croatian language course’s content will be tailored to your experience and goals. Prior to the course, we will assess your Croatian language level and speak to you comprehensively about the areas and subjects you are interested in.
Students may be complete novices who need everyday Croatian conversational skills or have more proficiency in Croatian and wish to be able to discuss various business topics such as banking or finance more fluently.
Students may desire to bolster their Croatian for negotiations and meetings or focus on gaining better listening, pronunciation and comprehension skills.
No matter what your needs, you can be confident that our very experienced Croatian language trainers will work with you on a Croatian language course that is tailored for you so that you quickly meet your goals. Croatian Language Examination CoursesCroatian examination preparation for business or other examinations can also be assisted with. Our students boast a 95% rate of passing such examinations, proving the value of our policy of Croatian teachers in Lincolnshire with experience above the average.
SIMON & SIMON also organises registration and administration of Croatian examinations as well as issuing results certificates as a part of our service. The table below is based on recognised language levels used by various academic institutions accross the European Union. A highly motivated student attending weekly sessions with their language trainer can expect to move from one level to another after 50 hours providing they also commit to a similar number of hours of self-study.
Of course, some people find learning languages easier than others, and some students will have more opportunities to practise the language in the course of their work and leisure, so these factors also need to be considered when trying to assess how long it will take to move from one level to another.

SIMON & SIMON International Breaking the Language Barrier Back to top of Croatian Courses Lincolnshire Croatian is the collective name for the standard language and dialects spoken by Croats, principally in Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Serbian province of Vojvodina and other neighbouring countries. They are varieties of the Serbo-Croatian language, along with Serbian, Bosnian, and Montenegrin. Standard and literary Croatian is based on the central dialect, Shtokavian, more specifically on Eastern Herzegovinian, which is also the basis of standard Serbian, Bosnian, and Montenegrin. Lincolnshire is a county in the east of England. It borders Norfolk, Cambridgeshire, Rutland, Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire, South Yorkshire, and the East Riding of Yorkshire. It also borders Northamptonshire for just 19 metres (20 yards), England's shortest county boundary. The county town is the city of Lincoln, where the county council has its headquarters.
The ceremonial county of Lincolnshire is composed of the non-metropolitan county of Lincolnshire and the area covered by the unitary authorities of North Lincolnshire and North-East Lincolnshire. The county is the second largest of the English counties and one that is predominantly agricultural in land use.
