Bosnian Courses for Business in Lincolnshire

Please click a title below for further information:

Private individuals and professionals in companies all over the UK have profited from undertaking a Bosnian Language Course with SIMON & SIMON. Averaging 15 years of experience, our native Bosnian speaking qualified teachers construct your course so that your individual requirements are met, no matter what your level of experience. Our Bosnian teachers receive excellent feedback from our clients. A profile, containing information about the Bosnian teacher’s background and experience, is sent to each student before the Bosnian lessons start.

If the only experience you have of studying a language is from your time in school, you may not know that there has been a revolution in the teaching of modern languages so that it is both more fun and more worthwhile. Your Bosnian teacher in Lincolnshire will be using the Communicative Approach, where your lessons will, with few exceptions, be conducted in Bosnian. You will see your progress from that very first lesson and will soon be confident enough to conduct business or talk socially in Bosnian.

We offer Bosnian courses as group sessions or on a 1:1 basis/ Most of our clients offer their employees 1:1 Bosnian training, however, if planned carefully, with participants numbering 6 or less who commit to meeting every week, group sessions can be good value for money. Those who learn Bosnian at Lincolnshire on a 1:1 basis will find that they progress more quickly, as the lessons can be specifically tailored for their individual needs, strengths and weaknesses.

Bosnian Course Management

One of our highly experienced, multilingual Account managers oversees each SIMON & SIMON Bosnian language course. On starting your Bosnian course you will receive various materials including a profile on your trainer, a Course Plan and course materials and a Progress Report on every 40 hours of your training. Breaking the Language Barrier, our quarterly newsletter, which contains weblinks to various language learning sources and a prize draw, will also be sent to you.

SIMON & SIMON Bosnian language courses have been arranged for clients in various locations. We have a global network of trainers and wherever you are, we will be able to organise a Bosnian language course for you, not only in the UK but in almost any of the major cities in Europe and beyond. Most of our Bosnian courses are run at the offices of our clients so that you do not have to travel, but we are happy to arrange Bosnian training sessions for you in your home. Full-time Bosnian courses can be arranged in a residential setting for you. Our office has information on the locations we offer.

Lincolnshire Bosnian Course Schedules

Our Bosnian language courses in Lincolnshire go on all year. Some of our students attend more than one 90-minute weekly session if work circumstances allow, and most will attend at least one per week. Weekend Courses in Bosnian can be arranged on request. Our Bosnian courses are available 12 hours a day, from 8am to 8pm Monday through Friday. 30 hour per week intensive Bosnian courses can be held on clients’ premises or in residential centres in the UK or abroad. These courses take 6 hours per day, Monday through Friday.

We will tailor your Bosnian language course for your specific aims and level of knowledge. Before you start your Bosnian language course we will assess your goals and level of Bosnian experience. Your desire to learn Bosnian may be simply to develop basic skills, or you may have some level of proficiency and wish to increase your ability to use Bosnian to discuss business. You may want to develop your language skills so that you can use Bosnian in negotiations and meetings or improve your pronunciation and telephone skills. No matter what goals you have, you can be confident of our Bosnian trainers experience and that your Bosnian language course is tailored to your needs and your goals will be quickly met.

Bosnian Language Examination Courses

Our students’ pass rate for Bosnian examinations is at 95%, and we are happy to help with the preparations for any such examination. Our high pass rate shows the value of working with Bosnian teachers in Lincolnshire who have a higher level of experience than average. SIMON & SIMON also arrange registration for Bosnian examinations as well as administering the examination and issuing the results.

The table below is based on recognised language levels used by various academic institutions accross the European Union. A highly motivated student attending weekly sessions with their language trainer can expect to move from one level to another after 50 hours providing they also commit to a similar number of hours of self-study.

Of course, some people find learning languages easier than others, and some students will have more opportunities to practise the language in the course of their work and leisure, so these factors also need to be considered when trying to assess how long it will take to move from one level to another.

Back to top of Bosnian Courses Lincolnshire

Bosnian is a name commonly used for Serbo-Croatian as spoken by Bosniaks. As a standardized form of the Shtokavian dialect, it is one of three Serbo-Croatian standards used officially in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The same subdialect of Shtokavian is also the basis of standard Croatian, Serbian, and Montenegrin, so all are mutually intelligible. Up until the dissolution of former SFR Yugoslavia, they were treated as a unitary Serbo-Croatian language, and that term is still used to refer to the common base (vocabulary, grammar and syntax) of what are today officially four national standards. The Bosnian standard uses both Latin and Cyrillic alphabet.

Lincolnshire is a county in the east of England. It borders Norfolk, Cambridgeshire, Rutland, Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire, South Yorkshire, and the East Riding of Yorkshire. It also borders Northamptonshire for just 19 metres (20 yards), England's shortest county boundary. The county town is the city of Lincoln, where the county council has its headquarters. The ceremonial county of Lincolnshire is composed of the non-metropolitan county of Lincolnshire and the area covered by the unitary authorities of North Lincolnshire and North-East Lincolnshire. The county is the second largest of the English counties and one that is predominantly agricultural in land use.
