Arabic Courses for Business in CheshirePlease click a title below for further information: Private individuals and professionals in companies all over the UK have profited from undertaking a Arabic Language Course with SIMON & SIMON. Averaging 15 years of experience, our native Arabic speaking qualified teachers construct your course so that your individual requirements are met, no matter what your level of experience.
Our Arabic teachers receive excellent feedback from our clients. A profile, containing information about the Arabic teacher’s background and experience, is sent to each student before the Arabic lessons start.
If the only experience you have of studying a language is from your time in school, you may not know that there has been a revolution in the teaching of modern languages so that it is both more fun and more worthwhile.
Your Arabic teacher in Cheshire will be using the Communicative Approach, where your lessons will, with few exceptions, be conducted in Arabic. You will see your progress from that very first lesson and will soon be confident enough to conduct business or talk socially in Arabic. The Arabic courses that we offer can be run as 1:1 or group sessions. While most of our clients use 1:1 Arabic training for their employees, group sessions can be good value. Participants numbers should be kept to 6 or less, and they will need to commit to meeting every week.
If you require faster progress, 1:1 Arabic courses at Cheshire are more suitable as the lessons and course can be tailored to the individual’s needs while focusing on their specific weaknesses and strengths. Arabic Course ManagementOne of our highly experienced, multilingual Account managers oversees each SIMON & SIMON Arabic language course.
On starting your Arabic course you will receive various materials including a profile on your trainer, a Course Plan and course materials and a Progress Report on every 40 hours of your training. Breaking the Language Barrier, our quarterly newsletter, which contains weblinks to various language learning sources and a prize draw, will also be sent to you. 30 hour per week intensive Arabic courses can be held on clients’ premises or in residential centres in the UK or abroad. These courses take 6 hours per day, Monday through Friday. We will tailor your Arabic language course for your specific aims and level of knowledge. Before you start your Arabic language course we will assess your goals and level of Arabic experience.
Your desire to learn Arabic may be simply to develop basic skills, or you may have some level of proficiency and wish to increase your ability to use Arabic to discuss business.
You may want to develop your language skills so that you can use Arabic in negotiations and meetings or improve your pronunciation and telephone skills.
No matter what goals you have, you can be confident of our Arabic trainers experience and that your Arabic language course is tailored to your needs and your goals will be quickly met. Arabic Language Examination CoursesOur students’ pass rate for Arabic examinations is at 95%, and we are happy to help with the preparations for any such examination. Our high pass rate shows the value of working with Arabic teachers in Cheshire who have a higher level of experience than average.
SIMON & SIMON also arrange registration for Arabic examinations as well as administering the examination and issuing the results. The table below is based on recognised language levels used by various academic institutions accross the European Union. A highly motivated student attending weekly sessions with their language trainer can expect to move from one level to another after 50 hours providing they also commit to a similar number of hours of self-study.
Of course, some people find learning languages easier than others, and some students will have more opportunities to practise the language in the course of their work and leisure, so these factors also need to be considered when trying to assess how long it will take to move from one level to another.

SIMON & SIMON International Breaking the Language Barrier Back to top of Arabic Courses Cheshire Arabic is a Central Semitic language, thus related to and classified alongside other Semitic languages such as Hebrew and the Neo-Aramaic languages. Arabic has more speakers than any other language in the Semitic language family. It is spoken by more than 280 million people as a first language, most of whom live in the Middle East and North Africa. It is the official language of 22 countries and it is the liturgical language of Islam since it is the language of the Quran, the Islamic Holy Book. Arabic has many different, geographically distributed spoken varieties, some of which are mutually unintelligible. Modern Standard Arabic (sometimes called Literary Arabic) is widely taught in schools, universities, and used in workplaces, government and the media. Cheshire also known, archaically, as the County of Chester) is a ceremonial county and former principality in North West England. The traditional county town is the city of Chester, although Cheshire's largest town is Warrington. Other major towns include Congleton, Crewe, Ellesmere Port, Widnes, Runcorn, Macclesfield, Winsford, Northwich, and Wilmslow. The county is bordered by Merseyside and Greater Manchester to the north, Derbyshire to the east, Staffordshire and Shropshire to the south, and Flintshire and Wrexham in Wales to the west.
Cheshire's area is 2,343 square kilometres (905 sq mi) and its population is just over a million. Apart from the large towns along the River Mersey and the historic city of Chester, it is mostly rural, with a number of small towns and villages that support an agricultural industry. It is historically famous for the production of Cheshire cheese, salt, bulk chemicals, and woven silk.
Cheshire's name was originally derived from an early name for Chester, and was first recorded as Legeceasterscir in the Anglo-Saxon Chronicles, meaning the shire of the city of legions.
